LIFEGUARD CERTIFICATION & RECERTIFICATION COURSE
DATE: OCTOBER 20 - 22 CERTIFICATION & RECERTIFICATION TIMES: Friday October 20th: 5pm-8:00pm – Swim test-beginning of overview/rules Saturday: October 21st: 8:00am-6:00pm (30-minute lunch) water skills/classroom work Sunday October 22nd: 8:00 am-5:00pm (30-minute lunch) water skills/classroom work Form of class; Blended for Certification: which means there is an online portion that needs to be completed before class starts on Friday October 20th. In-Person for Recertification. Participants 15 years or older can take the course. Maximum 10 participants, minimum 4 participants. Location: Newton YMCA Pool and Conference Room Extra information: The online portion will take about 6-7 hours. Registration deadline is October 20th. The online portion link will be sent to the email used at sign up. |
