- Payments are to be made at the front desk prior to the start of the first lesson - Each set of private lessons are valid for 12 months from the date of the first lesson - Instructors will contact you directly to set up a schedule for lessons - The instructor must be contacted 24 hours before the next scheduled lesson if the participant must reschedule. - Instructor has the right to cancel a lesson if the participant in more than 15 minutes late
