Participants in our gymnastics program will develop strength, flexibility, and coordination and have fun doing it! Besides gaining skills, gymnastics teaches us that commitment reaps reward: we learn to trust and appreciate one another and our emphasis on caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility help us to be better leaders and supporters.
