Financial Assistance The Newton YMCA strives to serve everyone in our community regardless of income. To qualify for financial assistance, individuals must complete — in full — an application and provide documentation of income. Applications can be picked up at the YMCA’s front desk. Upon completion, applications must be returned to the Y.
Senior Dollar Thursdays Those aged 62 or older can enjoy the Y facilities, including fitness classes, on Thursdays for just $1!
Military Discount At the YMCA we appreciate everything the men and women of our military does to protect America and our freedoms, with this in mind we offer a discount to military personnel. Any active military member joining the YMCA will pay no joiner's fees. We simply need to see your military I.D. or other pertinent papers to prove military enlistment.
For deployed service men and women, we offer the families left behind no joiner's fees on a family membership while their loved one is away. To receive this membership benefit the YMCA needs active duty orders which shows the military personnel's deployment. The YMCA will ask for some paperwork to be completed and then the family will receive a complimentary membership as the Newton YMCA's way of saying THANK YOU!
