You requested us to bring it back, so here it is! April addition will be April 1 thru April 30. Accumulate minutes performing any kind of cardio workout to get a chance to win a prize. Every 150 minutes of working on your cardio, we will put your name in a drawing. The more you exercise the better chance you will have of winning.
Any kind of cardio workout will count for this challenge. Accumulate minutes by using the bike, treadmill, rower, stair stepper, elliptical, running or walking on the track, swimming, or even by joining some of our fitness classes. Join our Cardio (Spinning), Strength/Cardio (Morning GRIT, Body Sculpt, BLAST, Mix-Fit, Dance Fitness, Intro to Fitness, Circ-HITT), and Senior Focused classes (Step N Sculpt, Line Dancing, Chair Aerobics) to punch out cards quicker.
We offer a weigh-in on the first and last week so you can see your progress during the challenge.
If you are not 100% comfortable with our cardio machines at the Y, we can give you an orientation on all of them to get you started.
Prizes will be assigned to the first 6 names drawn out, in the following order:
