Youth Lessons
YOUTH LESSONS
Youth Lessons are for kids ages 6 & up. This program consists of five main components: personal growth, personal safety, stroke development, water sports & games, and rescue. Each skill level builds on the preceding level, with six levels covering all the strokes, diving fundamentals, and safety skills.

By the end of this level, participants should know the front crawl, and backstroke, and are introduced to elementary backstroke. Children should be able to swim 15 feet without assistance upon completion of this level.
