Group Exercise Classes
Your Newton YMCA offers 58 Land and 17 Water group exercise classes within a given week. Our goal is to give our Members and the Newton community a wide variety of classes that help to develop all areas of fitness including cardio, strength and flexibility training. Our group exercise staff has over 100 years of experience and has a passion to teach. The great thing about your experience here at the Newton YMCA is our instructors are here for you. They want to help you attain your exercise goals. They are by far, the best fitness staff around!
