Refund Policy

Program participants who cancel for any reason, (before the program starts), will be given a credit for use in YMCA programs. Programs with insufficient enrollment will be cancelled and participants will be credited or refunded in full. No deposit will be returned for Preschool, Playgroups, Camps, or Child Care programs. The deposit is necessary to secure your child’s spot in the program.
