The Newton YMCA takes pride in offering many different ways an individual can achieve their fitness goals.  We offer group exercise classes, personal training, weight loss and  fitness programing while offering other great activities that will help motivate you to success!

We have 28 trained and highly motivated Wellness Staff with over 188 years of collective experience.  They have a passion for fitness and are here ready to help you in any way they can.  There is over 75 different land and water group exercise classes!  Out of these 75 classes, 55 of them are FREE to our members.

For those who would rather work on their own our fitness center has treadmills, ellipticals, step machines, recumbent bikes, arc trainers and the Cybex strengthtraining machines.  Our Free weight room has all the equipment you need to get a great strength training workout.

It is our goal to help you reach your attainable goals.  We are striving to be the best we can be .
