JFK (Just For Kids) Boot Camp 

Did you know that our youth are facing horrible statistics? Did
you know that the life expectancy for our youth is LESS than
their parents’? This Fun EIGHT week program is designed to
motivate inactive youth to become excited about their Health and
Fitness. Everyday will have different activities that will encourage
each participant to have FUN while changing their lifestyle
from inactive to more of an active one. The coaches will encourage
each participant to work at their own physical level while
asking them to do things they may not typically do on their own.
Our goal here at the Newton YMCA isn’t just to help inactive
youth become more active, but to also develop a relationship and
encourage the YMCA’s four core values; Caring, Honest,
Respect, and Responsibility.
Who: Boys and Girls 3rd – 8th
Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays
3:30 – 4:30 pm
When: Sept. 15th – Nov. 5th
Fee: FREE Y-member
FREE Non-member
