Body Composition
A Bio-Electro Impedance Body Composition is the single BEST way to track your personal progress. As you start an exercise program, you will gain lean muscle mass and lose body fat, but your body weight may not change as much as you want or expect it to. One of the best ways to really gauge your progress is to have a Body Composition taken by our Bio-Electro Impedance Test. This test takes less than 10 minutes and is a better measuring tool for your actual progress than a scale. Contact Rhonda Robson, our Health & Fitness Director, to set an appointment. Who: 18 years and older When: By Appointment Only
Fee: $20 Y-member $40 Non-members
