Free Weight Room
If weight machines aren’t for you, give our free weight room a try. Resistance training is the most effective weight loss tool. We have plenty of equipment to give you a full body workout. We have a Squat Rack, Smith Machine, 2 Flat Benches, 2 Incline Benches, and much more. If you don’t know how to use the equipment, give us a call and we can set you up with a trainer to show you the basics.
