Starting August 17, 2009 the Newton YMCA will be adding value to your membership by offering three FREE Personal Wellness sessions to ALL members. We realize, for many people, starting something new can be intimidating and sometimes scary. By helping you become comfortable in your new surroundings, help you understand how the equipment works, introduce programs that are right for you and your family and help you start new friendships; we help develop relationships to last a life time.
The Newton YMCA isn’t a place to belong to; it’s a place where YOU belong! We want to make you feel at home and enjoy your experience here. We know that our responsibility is to our members, by treating them with the utmost respect, caring about their needs and being as open and honest about who we are. We are looking forward to offering a program, with a concept like this, because it benefits everyone, including YOU!
For more information about this new program see Wellness Coaching under the Health & Fitness area of this guide. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Here for you, Rhonda Robson, Health & Fitness Director.
