WOW! WOMEN ON WEIGHTS
Learn the fundamentals of free weight training in the weight room or free weight area in the wellness center and how to use the Cybex machines effectively in a safe and effective manner. Certified Personal Trainers will instruct you on proper form, technique, and a variety of lifts for each muscle group. This 6 week program will help you become more comfortable and confident training in the weight room, Cybex area or free weight area of the Wellness Center. Class size is limited to 10. Minimum of 5.
