What is Speediatrics??
The NASCAR Foundation’s Speediatrics Fun Day Festival encourages healthy lifestyles among children in local racing communities through engaging, racing-themed wellness programming. The initiative culminates in a high-energy, NASCAR-themed field day, bringing the excitement of racing to life while promoting physical activity, teamwork, and fun. What do I need to know? What: A week of racing-themed activities at the Y and Speedway When: July 28-Aug 1, leading up to the races that weekend! Who: Elementary & MS-aged kids (ages 5-13 recommended) Where: Mon-Thu at the Newton YMCA, Friday, the kids are bused to Iowa Speedway! Cost: $40 for Y-members; $60 for non-members Questions?
