Conferences
Conferences are held annually. Parents and teachers meet to discuss child's screening using Ages & Stages (see below), fine motor and large motor development, Math, Language and Writing.

Ages & Stages:
Our program uses Ages and Stages individual screenings and also child portfolios to assess the child’s developmental progress. The teaching staff and families discuss the results of the assessments and plan for continued growth throughout the year.

Physical Activity
Physical activity is important to your child’s health. We provide daily physical activity and movement through indoor gym or outdoor games.

Your Child's Day

Welcome:
Staff creates a calm environment with a smooth transition from parent to staff.

Large Group:
Meet and greet friends for the day

Learning Time:
Learning centers include; blocks, dramatic play, library, writing, sensory, open ended art, listening, science, music and manipulatives. In this environment, they can build their confidence and begin to believe that they are capable learners. In centers small groups of children work together, enabling children to interact more frequently than in large groups. Children work cooperatively while getting immediate response to their ideas, communication and work.

Small Group
Our staff provides small group time to help children with skills after observations have been conducted.

Meal Time:
The center offers nutritious meals and snacks to provide each child with energy for a successful day.  Snacks and meals are provided under the federal food program (CACFP).

Departure:
Staff assists children in a smooth transition to their parents at the end of the day.
