As one of Jasper County's largest non-profit organizations, the Newton YMCA strives to serve everyone in our community regardless of income. To qualify for financial assistance, individuals must complete - in full - an application, provide documentation of income (including check stubs, most recent tax return, SSI statement, child support statement, etc.) and attend an interview with our Membership Director.
To apply for financial assistance download the questionaire, complete and return it to the YMCA.
If you qualify for assistance, you will be asked to complete the financial assistance application and will be scheduled for your required interview.
Once approved, recipients have 30 days to begin their membership and make the first payment. If the recipient exceeds the 30 days they must complete the process again with updated application and financial information.
